When O365 Integration is enabled, the individual Office functions available to supported documents are now accessed from an Office drop-down situated next to the Workflow action menu. • The Collection menu has been updated to group like functions together

Improvements

• Update to PDF normalisation flow to improve consistency in all generated PDFs in DMS.

Fixes

• Users can re-upload files that were previously uploaded and deleted without duplication error warning.
• Bulk CAD tag extraction pulls the expected tags.
• When transmittal-type events are recorded on an artefact the user will not see a pop-up in the artefact details page notifying that unapproved changes exist for the drawing.
• Group Administrators will only see 'Add to group' and action this in the artefact detail page for artefacts if they have the correct permissions.
• For Bulk CSV Tool, the generated CSV file will only show active artefacts, and will disregard any deleted artefacts.
• In the 'Unassigned' tab of the Approvals queue, the *View Version* link will open an artefact modal when the user clicks on it.
• Users can upload TIFF files as documents and media artefacts.
